Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Youth Month and in celebration of the 95th Anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26), the School of International Education (SIE) at Thuy Loi University successfully hosted “Food Fair 2026.” The event was not only a showcase of culinary skills but also a testament to the creativity and dynamism of ITC students across all cohorts.

With meticulous preparation, this year’s culinary stalls offered an incredibly diverse menu, ranging from traditional Vietnamese flavors to modern international cuisines.

Each stall told its own unique story, reflecting the ingenuity and aesthetic flair of the students. The investment in both decorative themes and food quality successfully attracted a large number of faculty members and students from across the university to participate and experience.

Beyond the delicious dishes, Food Fair 2026 was more “on fire” than ever with exciting team-building games and high-energy networking activities. The hearty laughter and enthusiastic cheering created a powerful bond, bridging the gap between different student generations.

This was a meaningful playground for young people to hone their teamwork and flexibility skills while creating beautiful, cherished memories of their university years under the roof of Thuy Loi University.

After hours of exciting competition and impartial evaluation by the Board of Judges, the program identified the deserving winners of this year’s awards:

First Prize: Team 3 – K66

Second Prize:  Team 1 – Fire Up 64

Third Prize: Team 2 – K65

Consolation Prize –K65: Team 4 – Khóa K67

The success of Food Fair 2026 lies not just in the awards presented, but in the joy and pride visible on the face of every participating student. Thank you for your enthusiasm in collectively writing a brilliant chapter for this year’s Youth Month.
