It is still unclear whether we can conduct our exchange program in Fall 2021 due to this unstable COVID-19 condition,

but we decided to open the nomination/application procedure for Fall 2021 assuming that we can welcome your student here at Tsukuba physically in October.

As a first step of the nomination process, please contact me (komatsuzaki.mayu.fw@un.tsukuba.ac.jp) to obtain the user code for our online application system to make your coordinator account. 

If you have already created your account for spring 2021 nomination, you can use the account continuously.

 

After finishing coordinator registration, please nominate students online, let students submit online application, and send required documents within the period below.

We would appreciated it if you can provide me a list of students that you are planning on nominate for Fall 2021.

 

Online Nomination Period                           March 1 - March 31

Online Application Deadline                       by April 16 (Fri)

Deadline of Application Materials             by April 23 (Fri)
