Energetic Start to the Year of the Horse 2026 at Thuyloi University and the School of International Education

On the morning of February 23, 2026 (the 6th day of the first lunar month), in the joyful atmosphere of the New Year, the entire faculty, staff, and employees of Thuyloi University (TLU), along with the School of International Education (SIE), gathered for a meaningful spring meeting, promising a breakthrough and successful year ahead.

 

At 9:00 AM, the T45 Auditorium was filled with laughter and excitement. This traditional activity is a beautiful hallmark of the University every Lunar New Year, serving as an occasion for the TLU family to reflect on past achievements and gain momentum for the journey forward.

 

During the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet – President of Thuyloi University, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Presidents, extended his warmest New Year wishes for health, happiness, and prosperity to all staff.

 

The President expressed his firm belief that, inspired by the Year of the Horse 2026—a symbol of resilience and breakthrough—the spirit of solidarity and constant creativity will propel the University to reach new heights in education and scientific research. Beyond professional milestones, the University leadership committed to paying special attention to enhancing the quality of life for all staff and employees, creating the best possible conditions for every individual to work with peace of mind and dedication.

Immediately following the general assembly at T45, at 10:00 AM, the School of International Education (SIE) family gathered at the center’s office to share warm New Year toasts.

In a cozy and friendly atmosphere, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Mai Dang – Director of SIE, offered his best wishes to the faculty and staff. The Director shared his pride in the center’s progress toward internationalizing education and expressed high expectations for a dynamic 2026, featuring numerous new international cooperation programs.

The meeting took place in a cheerful spirit, with red envelopes and “Vạn sự như ý” (May all your wishes come true) wishes handed out, demonstrating the close care the SIE leadership provides for the spiritual and emotional well-being of the staff and teachers.

This spring meeting was not only an occasion for celebration but also the “starting gun” for a new academic season. With the dedicated guidance of the University leadership and the SIE Board of Directors, the SIE collective enters the Year of the Horse with a ready mindset. The team is determined to improve the quality of training services, provide the best support for students, and expand the center’s international partner network.
