On May 21st, the Grand Finale of the English Olympiad for the 2025-2026 Academic Year at Thuyloi University officially took place at the Center for International Education. The finale concluded with great success, marking fiery academic competitions, breakthrough creative thinking, and the enthusiastic spirit of the students.

This year’s competition is a large-scale playground organized to encourage the movement of language learning and enhance international integration skills for all students across the university. Not stopping at a pure knowledge contest, the final night was a true festival with a vibrant atmosphere, unique musical performances, and interactive mini-games that stirred up the stage, attracting a large audience.

Overcoming the breathtaking elimination rounds before, the top 5 most outstanding teams entered the grand finale and consecutively went through 3 intense challenges, including: Face Shines (affirming identity), Knowledge Shines (challenging knowledge), and Skill Shines (displaying skills). All 5 teams brought their own distinct colors, demonstrating confidence, impressive command of English, critical thinking, and excellent teamwork skills. The balanced talent of the contestants made it highly challenging for the Board of Judges to make their final decisions.
