Eligibilities for AIMS at TLU

• 1. Be a full-time undergraduate student.
• 2. Have GPA min of 2.5 (out of 4).
• 3. Have a IELTS 5.5 or its equivalence.
• 4. Have successfully completed at least one year of academic study at your university.

TLU’s Commitment for AIMS at TLU

• TLU will waive tuition fee and provide accommodation in TLU's student dormitory free of charge for AIMS.

Application Steps for TLU

• 1. Fill out TLU Incoming Exchange Application Form.
• 2. Fill out or review the courses you may like to study during your time at TLU by consulting with your advisor.
• 3. Complete the Application Form and other required documents, by combining into 1 pdf file named (your name) in case of applying via email. Later, submit to your International Office or AIMS contact person at your university.
• 4. Your university will then officially nominate applicants to TLU.
• 5. TLU announces the result to your International Office or AIMS contact person. Later, TLU will send a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to your university.
• 6. Use LoA to apply for the Non-Immigrant Education Visa (Non-Ed) at the nearest Vietnam Embassy or consulate.
• 7. Prepare yourself and Fly to Hanoi, Vietnam.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• 30 June 2025:  The end of Application Form acceptance. Your International Office submits the application form to TLU
• 30 July 2025: Notification of acceptance. TLU will send LoA to your university.
• 1st August 2025 onwards: Students apply for Visa (Non-Ed) and prepare for a departure.
• 20 – 31 August 2025: Settle down days at TLU
• 1st week of September 2025: Semester starts
